Maurice from the John Mitchels club in Tralee was the First Kerry General Secretary of the GAA in 1891.

All Ireland winner in 1904 and 1909.

Austin Stack the famous Tralee man who captained Kerry to their 1904 victory and subsequently gave his name to the Sportsfield in Tralee. He died in 1929.

Dan played in five All Ireland Finals - 3 for Kerry and 2 for Galway. He won his All Ireland medal with Kerry in 1946. Dan passed away in early 2008.

Kerry Great Joe Barrett holder of six All Ireland medals, he was captain of the victorious Kerry teams of 1929 and 1932. He relinquished the captaincy to Con Brosnan in 1931.

Eamonn won All Irelands with Kerry in the twenties and represented Ireland in the hop-step-jump in the Los Angeles Olympics games of 1932. Buried in Deans Grange, Dublin

This win completed a three in a row for this great Kerry team.
